These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Mint Print Packaging's Website, located at https://www.mint-print.com/.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Mint Print Packaging if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Gender Conditions of Sale 

  • These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. 
  • We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse to supply goods you order. 
  • Images are used for illustration purposes only.
  • By clicking the ‘Place Order’ or ‘Submit Order’ button after selecting your payment method you are offering to buy the goods at the price stated subject to our terms and conditions. 
  • By using this website, you do so in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

Payment 

 

  • Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Visa Debit, ApplePay, American Express and PayPal; 
  • Full Payment must be received prior to delivery of goods.
  • Depending on the card you've chosen to use, when you click Proceed you may be asked by your card issuer for further authentication. Please call us on 0774 553 6687 if you experience any issues.
  • All prices include VAT (where applicable), we reserve the right to change prices. All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods, we will refund any money already paid. We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we do not supply the goods. 
  • The price for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to adjust the price to take account of any error or omission the price published for the goods on our web site is incorrect. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the option to cancel your order. 

 

Delivery 

 

  • Standard delivery is within 5-7 working days.
  • If you require your order urgently please inform us and we will try to achieve this where possible. 
  • If an item is out of stock we will inform you and give you the option to wait for delivery, choose a replacement product or cancel your order. 
  • You will be responsible for the goods once delivery is made or delayed by you at delivery. 
  • Deliveries are an all-day service between the hours of 8am - 6pm and someone will be required to be present to sign for the goods. 
  • Tracking information is sent 
  • Shipping costs apply to all orders outside of the UK. 

 

Suitability of Goods


  • We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you should check specifications and suitability before ordering. There is an option for ordering samples. 
  • Goods are not sold on a trial basis. 
  • The images of our products are 3D renders made from the actual artwork and we try our very best to show true colours. We have also tried to describe the colours to the best we can. However, we are restricted as patterns are intricate and due to differences in how screen colours are shown, the lighting set on our photography and how products are printed - colour differences are inevitable. For this  reason we strongly advise that if it’s a specific colour you are after then to order a sample first before making a purchase.

 

Returns / Faulty Goods


  • As our products are commonly used for food products, unfortunately we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after delivery. However, we will happily assist where we can. 
  • Claims for damage, non-functionality and incorrect goods must be made in writing via email within 5 working days of receipt of the goods along with images to info@mint-print.com or call us on 0774 553 6687 to discuss your request.
  • We can only accept the return of goods provided the goods are complete with all relevant packaging in an unused condition or in the condition in which they were received. A full refund will be given as soon as possible or within 30 days. You are responsible for the return carriage of the goods back to ourselves.
  • You will be charged an administration charge of 20% and the original carriage charge if goods are found to be not faulty. Return shipping is your responsibility.
  • Any goods returned to us without prior authorisation, or which are not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned to you at your cost. 
  • We are legally obliged to return your money within 30 days However, should you fail to return the goods after a full refund we can charge you the direct costs of recovery and offset the amount against the refund due.
    If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason un-enforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
  • Personalised products cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled unless the goods/products are faulty during the manufacturing process.
