We continuously monitor the descriptions of our products ensuring that they are described accurately in the simplest form and by providing high quality photography of our products from every angle that causes the least confusion to our customers.

Customers are also able to purchase samples online before they buy hence we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. However, please contact us if you have any problems with your order. In the event of accepting a return or a exchange the items should be returned back to us and once inspected the refund or exchange will be made.

The images of our products are 3D renders made from the actual artwork and we try our very best to show true colours. We have also tried to describe the colours to the best we can. However we are restricted as patterns are intricate and due to differences in how screen colours are shown, the lighting set on our photography and how our products are printed - colour differences are inevitable. For this reason we strongly advise that if its a specific colour you are after then to order a sample first before making a purchase.
